COST:  
Custom homes can be drawn up from scratch for as low as .55 cents per square foot. This includes a fully dimensioned Floor Plan, fully dimensioned Foundation plan, 1/4" scale Elevations all the way around the house and a Roof Plan. Electrical Plan and wall sections are extra but usually not required unless VA or FHA financing is involved (verify this with your builder). Based on the size of your plan, a 25% deposit is required to begin work

PROCESS:
The first thing to do is contact us, either by phone or email. If you have a sketch that would help convey your ideas then fax it to (541) 557-1573.  Then within 5 business days you will receive a preliminary Floor Plan and Front Elevation by email or fax at which time you may suggest as many changes as neccesary to achieve the desired results. Final drawings usually take about a week to complete and are then delivered by Federal Express right to your door.
